Three West Lothian Candidates have been successful in being awarded places on SCIPD Study Visits.

Susan Ralston (email:  susan.ralston@wled.org.uk), Head Teacher, Whitdale Primary, Whitburn, joined the Santa Cruz Group.

Stephen Campbell (email: stephen.campbell@wled.org.uk), Head Teacher, St Kentigern's Academy, Blackburn and Lesley Henderson (email:  lesley.henderson@wled.org.uk), Head Teacher, Low Port Primary, Linlithgow, joined the Ontario Group.

EU Transversal Study Visits
This programme is open for applications until 30 April 2009.   They are open to education managers and specialists (including Head Teachers, QIOs and support officers) and offer a number of week-long visits in mixed groups to various European centres ending in June 2009.   The visits catalogue gives details ofe ach opportunity and the website explains the application process.  For more information go to the website at www.transversal.org.uk (new window)
